Performance Creative Strategist - Remote - Full Time 🔗
This is our first dedicated marketing hire (believe it or not). You’ll work directly with Lane (the founder) to keep up our rapid growth trajectory. We’re looking for a creative strategist that isn’t afraid to also wear basically every other marketing hat as necessary, and grow into a marketing leadership role as we scale.
- Compensation (Depends on experience and location):
- Tier 1: $100,000 base + $32,000 performance bonus + stock options (USA, etc)
- Tier 2: $75,000 + $16,000 performance bonus + stock options (Canada, UK, Australia, etc)
- Tier 3: $45,000 + $12,000 performance bonus + stock options (India, South America, etc)
- Note: Options are 4-year vesting with a 1-year cliff, bonus is based on marketing performance
- Location: Remote (Worldwide)
- Benefits: PTO + Health insurance (if in the US)
What you’ll do:
- Lead ideation for new marketing content that resonates with our gamer/developer audience
- Design campaign strategy, create briefs, lead the production of the content, and run it on our marketing channels
- Dig into the data of our marketing efforts to inform future campaigns
- Hire and fire agencies and freelancers to help execute on your ideas
- Execute and run your creative assets in Google/Meta and other ad platforms (media buying experience is a plus)
- Work and negotiate with our influencer partners to get creative that includes their likeness and builds on their organic content
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on creative strategy and content
- A network of creative freelancers and agencies that you can tap into to help execute on your ideas
- The ability and desire to grow into a leadership role as we grow
- A portfolio of high-ROAS creative that you can show us and talk about
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great taste - especially as it relates to video and visual content
- An interest in gaming and programming
- Basic video and image editing skills

Entry-Level Customer Support and QA - Remote - Full Time 🔗
- Compensation (Depends on experience and location):
- Tier 1: $42,000 (USA, etc)
- Tier 2: $34,000 (UK, Australia, etc)
- Tier 3: $18,000 (India, Egypt, etc)
- Location: Remote (Worldwide). This specific role must not be in US timezones due to overlapping with our existing support team.
What you’ll do:
- Provide customer support via email and Discord, helping users with billing and account related issues.
- Assist with manual quality assurance (QA) for our course platform
- Test new features and report bugs to the development team
- Help maintain our knowledge base and documentation
- Interact with our students in our Discord community and help them with their questions
- Other fairly random one-off administrative tasks as needed
What you’ll need to succeed:
- A love of gaming and a desire to learn programming
- A lot of patience and empathy for our users
- Excellent written communication skills
- Basic technical skills to troubleshoot common issues
- Attention to detail and a need for the highest quality in everything you do
